The Bruno Group announces the availability of an Account Executive position in our Non-Profit Group. Reporting to Vice President for Operations, the Account Executive serves as the account administrator for an assigned client-load, and responsible for overall management and coordination of client-based projects. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Interpretation of project-specific information, including key demographic and statistical data, prospective funding sources, and legislative initiatives
- Project/proposal coordination and development, including the management of key project tasks to ensure compliance with key milestones and deadlines
- Supervision of account team
- Extensive client interface
- Provide support in new business development activities
- Additional administrative activities and special projects as assigned by the Vice President for Operations, including the preparation of various reports.

QUALIFICATIONS
The qualified candidate should have a minimum of three(3) years of relevant experience, particularly in the public and/or non-profit sector. Prior work experience should include responsibilities pertinent to grant development and management, program development and management, strategic planning, and overall organizational development. There is an especially strong preference for an individual who has a proven record of successful grants procurement and/or administration, particularly for non-profit initiatives and/or operations. Strong writing, supervisory experience, and presentation skills are additional “pluses” as well. Minimum educational requirements include an undergraduate degree from an accredited college, preferably in the areas of public administration, political science, business management, and/or social services. An advanced degree in the foregoing disciplines is preferred.
SALARY RANGE
