Study targets teen community involvement

The Ad Council, in conjunction with MTV Music Television, will conduct a study to examine how to get teens more involved with public service, the Wall Street Journal reported May 12.

The Pew Charitable Trusts will fund the study, which will help nonprofit groups target teens, the Journal reported.

The Council says that, although children enjoy being involved in their communities, young adults are less likely to participate.
